We brought our architectural plans to Partners in Building after meeting with two previous builders. Partners in Building was attentive to our needs and budget, and assisted us in revisions that made the project affordable and included upgrades we didn't think possible. We had two wonderful project managers who were always attentive to our concerns and desires and their knowledge and ideas complimented and improved our initial design.

We love PIB. It was obvious they have a proven system that works and, when you add in their extreme focus on customer service, it equaled a great experience. We love our home and the way it was built. I was impressed by the quality of construction and the time frame in which it was built. No one in the neighborhood could believe that it only took 5 months from groundbreaking to closing. My wife and I love sitting in our family room and looking around at what we now get to live in for the rest of our lives. We are very happy with our home.

We had our in-home chef dinner [the Partners in Building Closing Gift for new homeowners] last night. It was EXCELLENT! The food was great and Chef Will is a great “host” (in addition to being a great chef). Alyssa, our daughter, loves cooking shows & competitions you see on TV (Cooking Network, Iron Chef, Chopped, etc). While preparing & cooking our meal, Chef Will was at the same time teaching & instructing Alyssa on various techniques.
As we’ve gotten to know our neighbors, we received several compliments…they noted how diligent and neat the PIB sub-contractors were (as compared to whoever built their houses) and how responsive you were to any comments/request they had during construction. Also, we get a lot of compliments on the house when people walk through the front door & see the large “great room” with rock accents, wood, tile, cabinets & the great view across the pool & lake.

…In addition, we want to let you know that we brought in our own private inspector to look at the house prior to move in. We did this as our past experiences with other new construction left us with some very costly repairs when the house was sold and the inspectors took a look 'behind the scenes'.
