Hi Jim,

We just wanted to take a few minutes to acknowledge the efforts of Tony Farahani and Shannon Nelson for their professionalism and for the extraordinary customer service during the construction of our house.

Tony was always responsive, courteous and was extraordinary when it came to design and attention to detail that went in the house and the floor plan. Our guests always compliment our house and the passing cars slow down in the front and people look at the house with admiration. We revised our floor plan several times during the design phase and spent endless numbers of hours fine tuning details and Tony was always there listening, working with us until we were fully satisfied with the plan. As busy as his schedule was, he always made us feel like we were the only customers he was working with. He stayed with us even during the construction process, making sound recommendations on the interior design and to this date we stay in touch with him. He is definitely an asset to Partners in Building.

We also wanted to take the time to compliment Shannon Nelson for stepping in and helping the construction process move along smoothly. There were pending decisions regarding interior design and pricing that had dragged the project longer than we had expected. He kept his professionalism throughout the process and stayed with us until the close of the house. He was always responsive to our needs and kept us in the loop of construction progress and anticipated next steps. Always courteous and always there. We were extremely thankful for his role!

We've been in the house since Nov 2010 and haven't had any significant issues so far. We trust that in the event we do we will be able to approach your staff and get the attention the issues deserve. Our thanks to your construction crew!

Just a quick note to share my home buying experiences with Tony Farahani, sales consultant in Telfair subdivision.  Before choosing to purchase a home in Telfair, I visited several custom home builders in the Houston area.  However, when first visiting with Tony, I quickly discovered that he was highly professional, candid, very knowledgeable about designs and building codes, and energetic about serving his clients.

When I gave Tony the list of the requirements I needed in my new home, he presented to me, after a few days, an elevation and floor plan, which after several modifications seemed ready for building.
