Few “on your lot” builders can actually tour you through dozens of finished models and inventory homes, and even fewer architects can demonstrate what their designs will look like when completed.
There are a number of factors to consider when building on your own lot. These include site preparation, tree management, floor plan development, drainage, septic system and water well, interior design, landscaping, fencing, foundation and structural engineering, building codes, and exterior surfaces (the list goes on!). The Partners in Building team works side-by-side with you through every stage of the home-buying process.
