Another Happy Build on your Lot Homeowner in Katy!

Partners in Building testimonialThis letter comes to us from happy build on your lot homeowners in Katy:

We have been in our new home for a couple of weeks now, and it is wonderful.  Due to the circumstances that we had with the Home Owners Association, the home was delayed for a few months.  However, Partners in Building did whatever it took to get the house done and made sure that we were happy.

Kevin, our building superintendent did a fantastic job, and it was a real pleasure working with him throughout the entire project.  It is very apparent that he takes great pride in his work and the homes that he builds--he thought of every detail and made sure that every detail was done to perfection.  We could not have asked for a better person to work with on our new home.  Kevin was great--thank you Kevin!

Everyone at Partners in Building was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process of designing and building the home--we couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out.

Thank you,

Robert and Carmen K.

Another Happy Build on your Lot Homeowner in Bellaire

Happy homeowners in BellaireThis letter comes to us from happy build on your lot homeowners in Bellaire, TX:

We moved in a few days ago and are now getting used to the new house. Still a lot of unpacking to do, but we already had friends over and received a lot of compliments. I thought you would be interested in getting some feedback, so here it is.

The main thing everybody commented on was how fast the house was built. I could never imagine it could be done in five months, but Jamie was super efficient: every single day, including Saturdays, there were people working here. I could not keep up with him, my head was spinning, but he remained calm and collected and dealt with any issues we had very quickly and efficiently. If not for him, I would probably still be thinking about the color of tile or the floors... but he just didn't give me a chance! Things had to happen on schedule - which he maintained so well - and they did.

We had the appraiser here yesterday and he made comments about the quality of Jamie's work. Everything is very well done: Jamie just worked and worked until every little detail was taken care of. Since we were reproducing a model home, it wasn't easy. Some things do not match the pictures that Wes had produced... because they look better!  Read More...
