Dear Partners in Building,

I am writing to express my gratitude to your team for their professionalism and excellence in the construction of our new home.  This is the third house we have built in Steiner Ranch and we were looking for a plan that would meet our exact needs, and have a superior, high quality finish out.

Our sales team was incredible.  Victoria Beasley was very knowledgeable in the home building process and was helpful in advising us on solutions that would best meet our needs and adhere to our budget.  She took the time to understand our needs and desires in our new home, and came up with an innovative and custom floor plan for us.  She has a keen eye for decorating and choices and was always available when we needed her assistance.

Taylor O'Brien and Donna Previte were also always available to us and made sure that all our questions were answered.   They were a joy to work with and provided much support along the way.  

Partners in Buildings Design Center Open House

Thursday evening, Partners in Building held an open house at our design center, located at 4321 W. Sam Houston Parkway N.  Prospective clients were able to not only tour the facility, but also speak with two of our interior designers: Tracy Bartlett and Bekki Mathers.  Tracy and Bekki were able to answer questions about Partners in Building's design process, from selecting exterior finishes, to cabinets, countertops and more.

Another Happy Homeowner in Telfair

My family and I recently moved into our new Partners in Building home, and the experience we had with your company was outstanding.

Tony Farahani worked with us for many days to make sure we were satisfied with the design of our house. Even though we changed them plenty of times, he was always willing to help out. With him, Jabeen and Judy also helped us out with any questions or concerns that we had while Tony was busy. They were always happy to assist us no matter how busy they were.

After the house was in construction, Maggie worked with us to design the entire house. She made sure we were satisfied with everything we chose, and never had a problem with how many times we came in and changed our designs.

While the house was building, Jeremy Woolley made sure that there were no concerns about our house. Anytime we would have any questions or concerns, he was sure to address them immediately. If we had any last minute changes, he was willing to help us with them as well. The whole Partners in Building experience was magnificent.

My family and I are ecstatic about our new home, and would love to speak to anyone about our incredible experience with your company.

PIB Supports HomeAid Houstons Project Playhouse

HomeAid Houston's 2010 playhouse, "The Vintage Astros Dugout", was built in honor of the Astros’ 45th year as a baseball club.  It's perfect for the young baseball fan, and includes bench seating from the Astros dugout in Minute Maid Park (complete with cleat marks), a wall-mounted 32-inch HDTV, Nintendo Wii, ipod Nano, Blue-ray player, stainless steel mini-refrigerator, two-way camera, and a remote-controlled 8,000 BTU air conditioner.  The 10' by 10' playhouse was built with donated materials, labor and services from members of the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA).

Raffle tickets are $5 for the playhouse, and they are available for purchase now. Raffle ticket holders also will have a chance to win a ball or hat signed by Lance Berkman, Jeff Bagwell, Hunter Pence and Brad Mills, or four tickets to an upcoming game.

Project Playhouse is a major fund-raising event for HomeAid Houston, which works to provide shelter for the homeless in the greater Houston area and to build dignified housing where homeless families and individuals can rebuild their live.  The playhouse debuted GHBA New Home and Remodeling Show in Reliant Park June 12, and it will be on display at Minute Maid Park July 23 through Aug. 19.  Partners in Building is a proud supporter of Project Playhouse.
